Accident Waiver & Release of Liability

RENTER HEREBY ASSUMES ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH MY RENTAL OF The Covenant Studios, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. This Accident Waiver and Release of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

Use of the The Covenant Studio’s studio and The Covenant Studio’s equipment is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Renters are solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless The Covenant Studios, its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies Renter while on our premises.

Renter acknowledges they are using the facilities at The Covenant Studios and that renter’s activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By agreeing to this release form, renter assumes all risks related to the used of any and all spaces used at The Covenant Studios.

Renter agrees to release and hold harmless, The Covenant Studios, including their agents and assigns from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. Renter will not hold liable The Covenant Studios for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after my rental. Furthermore, renter agrees to obey facility rules and take full responsibility for behavior in addition to any damage they may cause to the facilities or equipment at The Covenant Studios.

Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. Renters are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models/talent Renter engages. Renter understands that if The Covenant Studios representative observes dangerous, or negligent practices or activities are being engaged in reserves the right to stop the shoot and require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately — HOWEVER, The Covenant Studios assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Renter agrees to hold The Covenant Studios, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of The Covenant Studios completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Renter’s conduct. Renters are solely responsible for verifying that all models employed during Renter’s rental period are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. The Covenant Studios has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the renter’s activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are on-going. Renter agrees that someone a The Covenant Studios representative may be present in the studio at all times Renters are using it.
